TUS is the entrance exam for medical graduates moving into specialty training, and it has two tests: Basic Medical Sciences and Clinical Medical Sciences. The basic test covers anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology and pharmacology; the clinical test covers internal medicine, paediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, and the minor rotations.
