Tilki AI – Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the legal terms between you ("User" or "You") and us regarding the use of the Tilki AI mobile application ("Application", "Developer", or "We").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application on your device, you are deemed to have accepted all terms contained in this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the Application and should remove it from your device.

1. Grant of License and Scope

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms of service, solely for your personal, non-commercial, and educational exam preparation purposes.

This Agreement is solely between you and the Developer, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Apple or Google are not responsible for the maintenance and support services of the Application.

2. Nature of Services and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer

• Scope of Service: Tilki AI is a tool focused on students preparing for exams, aiming to solve questions they cannot solve via artificial intelligence and offer educational advice through the "Tilki Coach" feature. The application does not promise to create a personalized, binding study plan.
• Margin of Error and Disclaimer of Warranty: Tilki AI uses advanced AI models to analyze questions and offer solutions. However, due to the nature of AI, it may experience "hallucinations" or produce inaccurate results. The 100% accuracy of the solutions, advice, or answers provided is not guaranteed.
• Exam Success: The Application is a supportive educational tool. The Developer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise from success or failure in exam results, the implementation of the provided advice, or the transfer of incorrect information. Verifying the provided information is the user's own responsibility.

3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Free Plan (Guest Tilki): Every user who registers for the application is automatically and for free assigned the "Guest Tilki" plan by the system without requiring any payment method. No purchase/approval process via Apple App Store or Google Play Store is necessary for the activation of this plan.
• Premium Subscriptions: The Application includes three (3) different monthly premium subscription plans offering more comprehensive features. These plans can be purchased via the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) using the RevenueCat infrastructure. An annual subscription option is not available.
• Purchasing and Renewal: When switching to a paid plan, payment is charged via your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the plan you selected unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Subscription management and turning off auto-renewal operations are done by the user via their own device settings (Apple ID or Google Play account settings). Since all financial transactions occur over store infrastructures, refund requests are directly subject to Apple's or Google's own refund policies. The Developer does not have the authority or technical infrastructure to issue direct refunds.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The application's interface design, "Tilki AI" brand, logos, graphics, algorithms, special AI prompts used, and all software source codes are the exclusive property of the Developer or its licensors. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, disassembling, or unauthorized commercial use of any part of the application is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Modifications and Availability

The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will always operate uninterrupted or error-free. Access interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, AI server updates, or force majeure. The Developer reserves the right to update, change, suspend, or completely stop the Application (or any of its features) without prior notice.

6. User Conduct and Content Uploads

You are completely responsible for ensuring that the question images or texts you upload to the application do not contain copyright infringement and are not illegal or offensive. The Developer has the right to suspend accounts detected to be used for inappropriate purposes (e.g., cheating, scanning illegal content).

7. Limitation of Liability (Legal Disclaimer)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer cannot be held responsible for loss of profit, loss of data, or other material/moral damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application. The Application is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Privacy Policy

Personal data collected during your use of the Application is processed in accordance with the terms specified in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you accept that your data will be used as specified in the Privacy Policy.
